Using the Test Connection module

Perspectium allows the user to grab each queue’s connectivity status through their individual Shared and Subscribed queues.

However, with the help of Perspectium’s “Test Connection” module, the statuses of all your Shared and Subscribed queues will be consolidated into one page! This page will list each queue’s connectivity status and also the number of records present in each queue.

You can access this module by either going to:

1. Perspectium → Control and Configuration → Test Connection
2. Or by searching for “Test Connection” in the ServiceNow search bar
