    SIAM Salesforce allows for the sending of ServiceNow incidents to Salesforce cases and vice-versa. With additional set up, attachments and comments are also supported for incident to Salesforce case comments and attachments/content documents.

    Changes to mapping fields from both ends can be applied onto the SIAM mappings which can be done through the SIAM Mapping page on ServiceNow or with the help of support.
