It all starts with Onboarding. In this kick-off meeting, we discuss use case(s) particular to your initiative, review milestone dates, share prerequisites, and define next steps to get started on the right foot. From there, we move into our established project management methodologies, where we help define the path to integration starting with Analysis all the way through Post Go Live. Once deployed to your Production environment, we provide a formal hand-off to our Customer Success and Support Teams, ensuring you have all the connections in place to help keep your integration working smoothly.
