How to quickly find out Encryption and Decryption Key in your SN Instance

This is quite useful if you don’t remember and can’t find the keys for encrypting and decrypting messages flowing from your Source to Target destination and need it to use in another instance or installing our replicator agent which subscribes messages from source destination.

In the ServiceNow navigation bar, we’ll want to search for the Perspectium application. Next, locate “Replicator” Then, click “Properties.” This will open up the Perspectium Replicator Properties. Now, you’ll want to scroll to the section shown in the screenshot below and hit the (show decrypted value) link in blue. A pop-up window will open up showing your key!
