Your data is very secure and can be encrypted within the ServiceNow instance using various encryption methods. The data also stays encrypted throughout the entire replication process. Upon leaving your ServiceNow instance, the payload remains encrypted while being processed by our Perspectium Message Bus until it’s been consumed by the Agent. The Agent will only decrypt the message if the decryption key matches the encryption key from your ServiceNow instance and subsequently the message is processed to the configured database.
