The last seven years have been an incredible journey for me – it all started with an idea inspired by challenges I heard from ServiceNow customers. Since then, our team at Perspectium has helped data-reliant customers like you to solve the complex challenges of unsilo-ing ServiceNow data and processes.
Now, by having merged with BitTitan, we have additional resources to actively grow our teams. In doing so, we look to bring even more support to our customers – and even more quality to the solutions we offer.
Well into the second half of 2021 now, we’re thrilled about what is in the works. Stay tuned for exciting developments! And don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. We’re here for you.
Thank you for your being with us on this journey.
– David Loo
A Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company wanted advanced analytics to draw meaningful and holistic insights, and to deliver metrics downstream efficiently. So they began a process of transforming their ITSM data warehouse by connecting disparate data sources for a centralized data repository. They signed on for Perspectium DataSync to connect ServiceNow with this repository. Perspectium ServiceInsight will also deliver insight on SLAs and OLAs. With this new solution, the company will transfer data with high throughput and low impact to the ServiceNow instance.
Following Hitachi’s acquisition of ABB Power Grids last year, the new company, Hitachi ABB Power Grids, required real-time blended reporting on their new independent ServiceNow instance. To replicate data to Azure SQL, they came to Perspectium, which offers the only solution to provide large-scale real-time data replication without noticeable performance impacts. Hitachi ABB Power Grids will depend on Perspectium to maintain and monitor the DataSync solution, which delivers real-time visibility.
For real-time reporting purposes, ABB Ltd – a robotics, power and heavy electrical equipment manufacturer – needed to bring ServiceNow data to a Snowflake database. They came to Perspectium for the only solution to offer high-volume, real-time data replication without performance impacts on ServiceNow. Because Perspectium delivers DataSync as a packaged integration process, ABB can rely on Perspectium to support and maintain the solution.
Endo Pharmaceuticals and their service provider, CDW, needed real-time visibility into SLA performance. To eliminate the need for building and maintaining one-off integrations for CDW’s managed services, Endo Pharma and CDW will use Perspectium to keep incident and change data in sync, significantly reducing the overall cost to support and maintain connectivity between the two companies.
